Research and essential storage

Hosted research briefs, business profiles, uploaded documents, public company evidence and preferences are stored on our server. A secure essential cookie identifies your browser workspace for 30 days. Clearing it creates a separate workspace; it does not provide account recovery or cross-device access.

Search queries go to public search providers. Selected website text and research inputs may be processed by our server AI and configured research providers. Do not upload confidential documents. LeadPiko collects public business contacts from inspected sources and does not send outreach or access private social accounts.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. It measures page visits, successful research starts, availability of inspected results and prepared exports. We exclude research briefs, uploaded documents, contact details, run identifiers and URL query strings from these tracking events. Automatic form and outbound-link tracking is disabled.

With permission, Google receives usage events and browser/device information through its Analytics service and uses analytics cookies. Google advertising signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. Read Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites.

Select Analytics choices at the bottom of any page to change your choice. No thanks stops our Google tracking and clears the Analytics cookies on this website. Your preference is saved in browser local storage; essential research remains available either way.

Aggregate service counters

Our server separately counts public page requests, research starts, first supported matches, completed research and server-prepared exports by day. The report contains counts and broad traffic-source categories, not research briefs, contacts, full referrers or visitor identifiers. Internal run identifiers prevent counting the same research milestone twice. These counts are not unique visitor totals. Hosting and security logs may also process IP addresses and request information to operate and protect the service.
