How free research works, what a match means and how to keep your results.
Is LeadPiko free?
Lead research is free. Hosted usage limits apply. Website development and SEO are separate services: the initial check-up and suggestions are free, and additional work is quoted separately.
What does LeadPiko do?
LeadPiko helps you discover B2B companies by country, review public contact information and source evidence, and export a shortlist to Excel or CSV.
How do I start researching?
Open the research workspace, add your business website, describe the customers you want to reach, choose your countries and review your brief before starting.
Does a company match mean it is ready to buy?
No. A supported match means retrieved evidence suggests the company may fit your brief. It does not confirm purchasing interest, an order or an active buying need. Review the company and sources before contacting it.
Where do the results and contact details come from?
Research uses public search and website sources. Public contact details are included when available. Search availability and website restrictions affect coverage, and you should verify the source and contact ownership yourself.
Are research targets and scores guarantees?
No. Match targets are research objectives, and the available public evidence may support fewer companies. Scores help review company fit; they are not probabilities of a sale.
How are my searches saved?
Hosted research is saved on the server and linked to a secure cookie in your browser. Return using the same browser to access the workspace. Clearing cookies or switching browsers creates a separate workspace. Export important results; cross-device account recovery is not provided.
Can I close the tab while research runs?
Yes. On the hosted website, research continues on the server. Return in the same browser to review progress and results.
What are the hosted usage limits?
The hosted service currently allows 5 new searches per IP address per hour, 30 saved runs per browser workspace and 10 uploaded documents per workspace. Research targets are capped at 500 requested matches per country and 5,000 total country targets per run. These are limits and targets, not delivery guarantees.
Can I export my results?
Yes. You can export your shortlist to Excel or CSV for review and follow-up outside LeadPiko.
